How to Get Help With Your Account

Account questions come up — a deposit that needs confirming, a withdrawal stuck at the verification step, or a login issue after switching devices. Here are the three ways to reach us. We keep response paths short so you're not waiting when something needs fixing.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat icon inside your account dashboard. It connects you to an agent for deposit confirmations, withdrawal holds, or identity verification questions.

Email Support

Send account-specific questions to our support address. Include your registered email so we can pull your account details and reply with the right answer, not a generic response.

Help Center

The self-service section covers common steps like resetting your PIN, linking a Venmo account, or updating your Play+ card details — no wait required.

WHY WE HOLD UP

The Things We Can Actually Back Up

We don't paper this section with awards we can't verify or player counts we made up. What we can point to is how the account layer works, how your data is handled, and how payments clear — concrete, checkable things that tell you more than a badge does.

Payment Rails You Already Know

Deposits go through PayPal, Venmo, or a Play+ prepaid card — wallets already on your phone, not a new account to set up.

State-by-State Access

We tell you upfront which states are eligible. We don't claim nationwide legality or a federal licence, because that's not how US online gaming works.

Withdrawal Verification Path

Before a cashout clears, identity verification runs through your account settings — a standard step that keeps your funds going to the right place.

Encrypted Account Layer

SSL encryption covers every session, every transaction. Your login credentials and payment details don't travel in plain text at any point.

Four Things That Define How We Operate

These are structural facts about the platform — not marketing claims. The numbers reflect what's actually in place: the payment rails we support, the security layer on your account, the languages the platform runs in, and the device access paths available to you right now.

PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ supported in eligible states
Account and transaction data encrypted end to end
Full lobby access on phone browser — no forced app download
Platform language, support, and account comms in American English
topset9 What Shapes the Way We Built This Platform

What Shapes the Way We Built This Platform

We put this platform together with one clear priority: a returning player in New York or Los Angeles should be back in the lobby in a handful of taps, not buried in menus. That meant building the account flow around the wallets Americans already use — PayPal for quick deposits, Venmo for social-style transfers, and Play+ prepaid cards for anyone who prefers

keeping a separate balance. We carry a sportsbook that covers NFL football, NBA basketball, MLB, college football, and NHL hockey, with same-game parlays and player props alongside live dealer tables and slots from studios like Pragmatic Play and Evolution. Access depends on your state's laws and whether your state is currently in our eligible list — we don't claim otherwise. Every section

of the account, from deposit confirmation to withdrawal verification, is designed to work cleanly on a phone browser without needing a separate download.
